Who we are

UK Home Broadband (“we”, “us”) operates the website at ukhomebroadband.co.uk. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

Data we collect

Postcode lookups. When you enter a postcode, it is used only to query our availability database. We do not store individual postcode searches or link them to your identity.

Analytics. We use a self-hosted analytics tool to collect anonymised page view data. No personal identifiers, cookies, or cross-site tracking are used. This data cannot be used to identify you.

Server logs. Our servers automatically record IP addresses and user-agent strings as part of normal operation. These logs are retained for up to 30 days and used solely for security and debugging purposes.

Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Third parties

We do not sell, share, or pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Our infrastructure uses Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database), both of which operate under their own privacy policies and are GDPR-compliant.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. As we collect very limited personal data, there is typically nothing to provide. To make a request, email hello@ukhomebroadband.co.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
