Who we are

UK Home Broadband is operated by Limely Ltd (Company No. 08730008). This policy explains what data we collect when you use ukhomebroadband.co.uk, why we collect it, and how we use it.

Data we collect

Postcode lookups. When you enter a postcode, it is used only to query our availability database. We do not store individual postcode searches or link them to your identity.

Analytics. We use cookieless analytics to collect anonymised page view data. No personal identifiers are used and this data cannot be used to identify you individually.

Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure automatically records IP addresses and user-agent strings as part of normal operation. These logs are retained for up to 30 days and used solely for security and debugging purposes.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links to broadband providers. When you click through, the provider may set their own cookies and collect data in line with their own privacy policy. We do not receive or store any personal data from these click-throughs ourselves.

Third-party services

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Our infrastructure uses Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database). Both operate under their own privacy policies and are GDPR-compliant.
